A group from the Hungarian Bialliage will join us a Knock Castle in Crieff for a weekend of fine dining, distilleries, Edinburgh, Sabrage and the exquisite "Trossachs"!!
The weekend will begin with afternoon tea for those who want to get an early start to the weekend. There will be a rooftop BBQ on Friday night and the excitement of a special day on Saturday. In the morning after breakfast we have an optional coach excursion to Stirling Castle and a visit to the Glenturret Distillery, with optional lunch locally in Stirling, returning to the hotel late afternoon. This will just give us time to relax in the spa before putting our glad rags on for a very special evening event.
Our gala dinner will be opened with a Sabrage demonstration and the champagne served with canapés. Jason Henderson (owner and executive chef) will then provide us with a seven course tasting menu accompanied by his carefully chosen wines.
On Sunday there is an optional coach excursion to Edinburgh where you may spend the day at leisure or pre-booked excursions, returning to Crieff late afternoon.
Sunday evening will see an open Sabrage event before dinner, giving those who would like, the opportunity to open a bottle of champagne with a sabre in a very ceremonial fashion!! Sadly, we have to drink every bottle that is opened.
