A lunchtime Braai at Snail Creep, Houghton (Smart Casual)

A Braai is a South African term for a good outdoor barbeque with a strong emphasis on red meat and wine. The affair is friendly and casual - hopefully under sunny skies. As Wessex members know, our hosts, Royden and Janet Roche hail from Joburg and they have organised this event in the delightful garden at their home in the Test Valley village of Houghton.
