Lunch at Mark Hix’s The Oyster & Fish House

We are delighted to invite you to our next event of 2022 to be held at the Oyster and Fish house in Lyme Regis overlooking the sea as guests of celebrated chef Mark Hix.

Mark has long been associated with the Chaine, having been winner of the UK Young chef of the year back in the 1980’s Luncheon will commence at 12.00 noon with Oysters & Canapes served with Castlewood sparkling wine, we will take our seats at 12.30 for a three-course lunch with paired wines followed by a talk with Mark and Rob Corbett (Castlewood Vineyard) at 3.30pm finishing at 4pm.
