The venue selected for our next dinner is the delightful restaurant and courtyard of the Pallant House Gallery in the centre of Chichester. Using the very best produce from local suppliers, executive head chefs Rosie Brice creates original and seasonal dishes that showcase British classics with a continental European twist. The Gallery’s tranquil walled courtyard, featuring displays of sculpture, offers a relaxed sunny spot with dappled shade which is ideal to enjoy a pre-dinner glass or two of bubbles if, as anticipated, it is a lovely warm late summer’s evening. The stylish modern restaurant will treat you to a close-up view of the contrasting but majestic Grade 1 listed townhouse which forms the centrepiece of the Gallery complex.
