In 1861, the Club’s Chef de Cuisine—Richard Terry, published Indian Cookery, the first Western Cookery Book for Eastern Cuisine. These Eastern flavours still influence many recipes today. The Club’s Brigade of Chefs provide a range of British seasonal dishes and curries using ingredients sourced mainly from UK Suppliers.
