The seasonal changing taster menu is proving very popular, not only with customers but fellow Chef’s & food critics alike. The team are very proud to have achieved 2 AA rosettes for culinary excellence for two successive years & No1 restaurant in the Ely area & a top 10 spot in Cambridgeshire, along with a 5 star food hygeine rating.
Having initially trained at the White Pheasant in 2005, Head Chef Calvin Holland went on to cook at some of the UK’s finest multi-rosette & Michelin Star restaurants, only to return to the White Pheasant in August 2013 as Head Chef and Proprietor.
