Our host for the night is Michael Newton-Young who, together with his French wife Natalie, run this unpretentious family restaurant in Aldwick. The evening celebrates French food, wine and conviviality – all great Chaine attributes.

Nathalie and Michael met some thirty years ago at le Gavroche, where they both learnt their trade from the Roux brothers. They then spent some years working in France running restaurants for Alain Ducasse and Franc Feregutte MOF. Children beckoned, and more reasonable hours were needed, which brought them back to the UK and into daytime catering and they held the contract at Loseley Park, the stately home near Guildford, until 2015. They then returned to Bognor where they had lived for over 20 years to create the Chez Moi experience. Free parking is available in Victoria Drive.
