Ayot Green is situated just off the A1(M), to the north of Hatfield. The Waggoners has not changed its use for over 400 years, although when first built it is believed to have been housing for workers at Brocket Hall.

It has always served drink and food but the customers that visit the area have changed as it was primarily used as a coaching inn, hence the name. Today it provides modern European food in the bar and inventive French cooking in the restaurant.

It is a well-known venue for the Anglia Bailliage, and we are delighted to be returning again in 2015
