The Mosimann’s Collection now includes Mosimann’s Party Service, their distinctive black and red vans can be seen at the best events throughout London. The Mosimann Academy is based in a converted Victorian School in Battersea and as well as Anton Mosimann’s collection of some 6000 cookery books, there is a demonstration kitchen where a series of cookery classes are held throughout the year.
