The first Oxford College of the modern era, Keble was founded in 1870 in memory of John Keble, well known for his best-selling Christian verse. The chosen architect was William Butterfield and, although controversial choice at the time of polychrome brick, it is today considered one of the finest examples of Victorian Gothic anywhere.

Follow Sat Nav to OX1 3PG. Please note there is limited parking in Oxford. It has a number of public paying car parks. It also has a good park and ride service.
By rail:
There are regular services to Oxford from Reading and from London Paddington. There is a Taxi rank at Oxford station, and it costs about £8 for the journey. It is about a 15-minute walk from the station. Please see www.nationalrail.co.uk for further details.
By bus:
For those who live in Reading area, the X40 service goes directly to Oxford city centre.
