Jenny and I have been going to Restaurant Roots since Jan and Stacey first opened in 2015. Roots has always been about simple exquisite food with complimentary wines. Traditionally it provides a tasting menu which allows Jan to serve creative dishes. Since opening they have received several awards including a recommendation from the Michelin guide, 2 AA rosettes, and rated as one of the best restaurants in Dorset in the Good Food Guide.

As Members and guests are mainly staying at the Cliffhouse hotel in Southbourne. It is an 8-minute flat walk from the hotel to Roots. If a taxi is needed, we will call them. Others staying locally meet at the Cliffhouse Hotel BH6 3DA at 12 noon or make your own way to Roots.
