The Black Swan Hotel

The Black Swan Hotel in Helmsley has gone from strength to strength since its refurbishment. Head Chef and Chaîne member Andrew Burton has revitalised the cuisine and the Rutland Restaurant has established an excellent reputation for fine food. A new tea room and patisserie, which was officially opened by Marco Pierre White, has won high praise from customers and has been recognised in the trade as exemplary.
