Summer at St James
Following a wonderful evening at the St James Court Hotel, Chef Brian received several requests for the recipe for his Amuse Bouche of Smoked Ham & Spiced Lentil Soup with Spinach Tortellini. He has kindly agreed to share this with us and the details are listed below. Thank you Chef!
