London City – Past Events

The highlight of our summer programme will be a dinner at the House of Lords on the 20th July. There is a two year wait to book a private dinner here, so don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

We were welcomed to our ‘Great British’ themed evening at the St James Court Hotel with a Ridgeview Wine Estate ‘Bloomsbury 2007’ (white) and ‘Fitzrovia 2007’ (rosé). Julia Trustram Eve, from the English Wine Producers, enlightened us about the evening’s wines and the beer was provided by Bollington Brewing Micro Brewery. We were honoured to have with us Chaîne Ambassador, Dr. Judith Mazza of Bethesda, Maryland, USA and her husband, who found time to stop off from their cruise to join us. Judy took this opportunity to present Tony Cox (London City Bailli) and Barbara Maw (London Bailli) with gifts and certificates. World Master Chef Brian Henry and his team delighted us with their culinary expertise, and one lucky guest won the opportunity to be part of the tasting panel for a forthcoming London City event.

A joint evening between the OMGD, London City Bailliage and the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or at Bonds Restaurant.

The launch event for the Bailliage is a fantastic food and wine Tatsing / Tutorial Dinner at the Andaz Studio in the Andaz Hotel on Liverpool Street.
